Positive: I loved the location. The pillows and beds were really comfortable. Nice bathroom too and the kitchen is fully equipped. We had a few questions about heating etc, they’re very quick to reply to emails when contacted. Very helpful. We loved having a dish washer and a washing machine in the apartment.

Negative: The hot water went out the second day and there was no way to put it back on without contacting a plumber. Unfortunately we only had ice cold water in the shower and sinks for our last two days of the stay. Be aware of that. The apartment was clean besides the floor having some sticky spots where it hadn’t been mopped. The location is great but it’s very loud at night, we solved that by playing white noise and wearing ear plugs.
