Positive: The location of the apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Parking is a bit limited in the area but ok. The apartment itself is very nice. The layout over three floors is good and the small balcony is a plus with good weather.

Negative: Booking is a bit a hassle because you have to register with another company to do a 500 Euro deposit. So once again sharing your data and extra steps. Not sure if this is really necessary. Then you get a list of things you should do (bring out the garbage on certain days, things you shouldn't do (increase the room temperature above 20 degrees otherwise they might charge you extra....). There is a Nespresso machine in the apartment but not a single capsule (don't expect 10 capsules but 2-4 maybe (value of .7 - 1.4 euro ?). If you use both bedrooms you pay 17 Euro extra per night. 70 Euro cleaning fee but you have to do the dishes (so how clean they are depends on the previous guests). 24 hours before your departure you get a reminder to make sure to be out the next day 10 o'clock sharp but don't forget to remove the bedsheets. Can do all these things, but overall not really making you feel welcome.
