Summary: We booked through Hotels.com, as a hotel near the airport in Palermo, and the listing said the hotel has shuttle service.. Its an hour and 20 minutes from the airport, and the hotel does not have shuttle service. We had a 5:20 a.m. flight the next day. So we did not stay there. The reason for the low rating is that when I called the hotel to ask about the shuttle and told them hotels.com says there is a shuttle, he said "call hotels.com" and hung up.
