Positive: It's very conveniently located in the centre of town with a bakery, butchers and shop very close by. The property is easily accessible and spacious.

Negative: At first glance it looks nice but there were a lot of little things that made the place look tired and not as well looked after. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. There was a strange door with no handle and in need of some painting. Bits missing from the kitchen counter. The couch was so dirty we didn't want to sit on it. Seems like something was spilled on it but only badly cleaned up.

Summary: Nice property in need of an update.
