Positive: The owners did their best to offer a complete package and almost all worked fine

Negative: Strangely enough, there was no comfortable furniture in the apartment . The lounge/spare bed in the lounge room was very uncomfortable, as were the chairs outside, even with the supplied very thin pillows. You have to bend deeply to get to the bed on the mezzanine, and during the night getting down the steep steps is quite dangerous. The mattress would score a 6 out of 10. The total usable floor space is just insufficient. If seating and bed would be fixed, it would be a very nice place to stay.
