Règlements du Domaine du Lac Provost:
Lorsqu`une réservation est confirmée, le locataire s`engage à respecter les règles ci-dessous.
-L`heure d`arrivée est à partir de 16h00 et le départ à 11h00 à moins d`un accord différent avec le propriétaire/gestionnaire. Si le locataire quitte après 11h00 sans autorisation, un montant de 100$ sera prélevé automatiquement à chaque heure.
-Le locataire doit immédiatement signaler tout bris/dommage/défectuosité au propriétaire. Le locataire est responsable de payer pour les bris et dommages.
-Tous les logements du Lac Provost sont non-fumeurs. Des frais de 250$ par logement vous seront facturés.
-Si le nombre de personne n`est pas respecté, le propriétaire peut expulser immédiatement le locataire et ses invités, sans dédommagement.
- Aucun party autorisé sauf si événement pré-approuvé.
-Aucun feu d`artifice sur la propriété des chalets du lac provost. Ceci est totalement illégal.
-Vous devez suivre la recommandation municipale pour faire un feu extérieur. Le propriétaire n`est pas responsable de payer les amendes.
-Le locataire s`engage à suivre la règlementation du SPA:
Il est recommandé de maintenir la température du spa entre 98
degrés Fahrenheit et 104 degrés Fahrenheit.

➢ TOUJOURS remettre le FLOTTEUR de chlore dans le spa APRÈS

-Tout surcharge de ménage pour négligence des règlements ou pour un manque de propreté, le locataire sera chargé un montant de 50$/h pour le nettoyage.
-Il se peut que des insectes ou rongeurs puissent d`infiltrer dans les bâtiments, étant situé en pleine nature. Le locateur n`est pas responsable de tout désagrément causé à cet effet.
-Le locataire doit fournir une pièce d`identité valide au maximum 72h après la confirmation de la réservation.
