Positive: The family running the place is absolutely lovely. Great hospitality, friendlines and supportive. When English skills end, translator app and hospitality attitude carries well forward. Everything was impecable clean and seeing how well they cleaned when some other guests left, really good level of hygiene. Building / room was good. Room for three worked well and airconditioning saved us as there was +36°C outside. Beds were good. There is a pool and patio where to relax and enjoy. My teenaged girls loved this. The scenery is calming and beautiful. The area where the facility is breath takingly beautiful. It is ideal for making day visits to Gran Sasso National Park & mountains, at seaside Pescara/Montesiva and to go shopping at Pescara area. There are many good restaurants with in 30-40 min drive

Negative: Some common areas aircondition did not work well. Hoping they get those fixed as everything else works well
