Positive: This place offers a truly exceptional balance between luxury, nature immersion, and a deeply integrated wellness experience. Located in the jungle of Bacalar, the resort feels both intimate and exclusive. Every detail is thoughtfully curated: minimalist-bohemian design, elegant rooms, calmness, comfort and a constant feeling of space and serenity. From the moment of arrival, the experience is elevated, with a warm welcome and a full tour of the property, including a meaningful connection to Mayan culture, as artifacts have even been discovered on site.r The service is outstanding: attentive, genuine, and highly responsive. The team anticipates needs effortlessly, and communication via WhatsApp is seamless and efficient, enhancing the overall experience. The food is of high quality, beautifully presented, and aligned with the wellness philosophy. The yoga and wellness/massage offerings feel authentic and grounded. There is access to the Bacalar Lagoon just a few minutes away by bike (provided), including a beautiful private beach club. This is not a hotel for active tourism, but rather a destination to slow down, reset, and reconnect. Ideal for retreats, private events, or intentional stays. Only downside: not staying longer.
