Summary: We know area well and didn't disappoint. Property does what it says on the tin without perhaps some of the polish that comes with additional cost. Garden was really practical and great space, kitchen well appointed, bedrooms and bathrooms clean. Utility room really sacious and very useful. So mostly positive. The 'work-ons' included a very dirty sitting room floor under the sofa (only seen as I was retrieving something from floor - years of dust balls and a dirty tissue), a promised BBQ that we had to keep ringing the caretaker for a response on and eventually tracked to private garage but not before we missed the best evening to eat out, and an en suite shower that was just a dribble (downstairs is great, though).
