Summary: The staff was absolutely lovely and friendly. I didn't sleep well though. The room was way too hot and the air con was broken. I was given a fan but it made no difference then on top of that, my pillows were like slabs of concrete, im pretty sure the blood stopped circulating in my head laying on them so I had to pile up my clothes and use that instead. The room was nice, very basic however there was no tea/coffee making facilities hence free coffee or tea at reception. Yes you hear people opening and closing their doors but it's a hotel, that's inevitable. To be honest, I would stay again as it's in a good location for the Oslo which is a stones throw away and the price was good. Just next time I'll have to bring my own pillow, kettle and fan!
