Large (430 m²), old log chalet 1950, fully renovated 2008. Price includes 280 m² of this 2-part building; other half can be rented separately (e.g. for parties/celebrations). Note: there are no parties or celebrations on the other side when this half of the house is rented out to holidaymakers!
Downstairs: sauna (wood-burning stove), washroom 2 showers, dressing room, in separate room a hydro massage bath accommodating 2 people, lounge/bar room, separate WC, utility room washing machine and spin drier, hall/lobby.
On middle floor: glazed porch, kitchen, living room extra double bed, bathroom/WC, terrace. Upstairs: bedroom (23 m²) double bed, bedroom (18 m²) double bed, bedroom (11 m²) double bed, separate WC, loft (used by owner).
Gas grill available for extra price. High standard old chalet which can accommodate large groups. Level grassy yard, large plot (1 ha). Broadband, heating pump/inverter air conditioning system, geothermal heating. Heatable whirlpool bath tub can be rented separately. Tepee shared with Salatupa (no.1768). This neighbouring cottage (1768) is owned by the same owner, distance 50 m.
Juva 4 km, Hasamäki downhill ski centre 7 km, Mikkeli 45 km, Savonlinna 60 km.
