Positive: The hotel looks very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very diverse and good.

Negative: The elevator in this hotel is a pain in the neck. We had to wait for 15 minutes to go from the swimming pool to our room, because the lift worked very weirdly (skipping floors and allowing very few people in one go). The swimming pool was not what I expected. Not only is quite small, but also has almost no sun during the day (mostly in the early morning). finally, our room conditions were not great. Firstly, the air conditioner lid came off when turning it on. Secondly and most important, the main lights in our room (4 bulbs) were broken, therefore our room was very dark during our whole stay. This should be checked every time a new guest comes.
