This fully renovated character home is full of restored original details, like the beautiful glass door knobs, registers, clawfoot tub and original hard wood floors. Lots of love and attention went into bringing this place back to life adding a touch of industrial farmhouse style.
The space
As you walk through the front door you are greeted by a stunning ship-lap entryway which has plenty of hanging for all your winter gear. The home has an open concept living area making it fun and comfortable for big groups.
Throughout the house you will notice beautiful local antiques bringing out the character of the home.
Walking into the living room you will see the brick entertainment wall and the 55" TV with NETFLIX, antique lamps hanging on either side along with fun games and books available in the storage cubby below.
We have high speed WIFI throughout the house, perfect for a business trip.
Laundry is available as well as an iron and ironing board.
Two bedrooms are located off the living/dining area, first room has a queen bed and is quite spacious.
The second bedroom has a double bed with tons of closet space and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom is a stunning and unique space, nothing like you’ve seen before. It has a beautiful original claw foot tub ready to soak in, concrete panels and industrial pipe hardware.
The dining room has a dining table with seating for 4 (extra chairs in bedroom closet), with a beautiful big chandelier to light the space. Directly behind is the breakfast bar with seating for 3 more guests.
As you walk into the kitchen you will see the giant range hood on a white brick backsplash and beautiful concrete counters. Dishes and glasses won’t be hard to find because they are sitting right on top of the open shelving. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, cooking utensils, pots, pans, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, kettle. There is a move-able island to provide additional counter space if required.
The third bedroom is located off the kitchen, featuring a comfy queen bed with a large closet and ceiling fan.
The rental is for the main floor of this home. There is a tenant in the basement.
Pets are allowed upon approval. A $10 a day fee per pet will be applied.
