Positive: We were a little apprehensive about this property because it seemed a little too good to be true. However our fears were allayed as soon as we were greeted at the door by Gian. The house was huge! Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good air con in the bedrooms and mosquito/fly screens on the balcony doors and windows. Lovely balconies to sit out on as well as a nice garden with eating area. The area felt safe and welcoming. The location was great and just a minutes walk from the beach and panagsama close by. Gian was especially wonderful and attentive. He responded quickly to every message and was at the house in minutes to speak in person if he thought that would be more useful. Gian also sorted lots of trips and activities for us a lot cheaper than we could find ourselves and genuinely tried really hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Rose also corresponded promptly. She sorted transfers from the port in Cebu city and also our onward transfer.

Negative: I really don't think there is anything of significance. Maybe if the price was much higher, I may find fault in some of the things but on balance, I don't think you could get better.
