Positive: This property exceeded my expectations, let me start with the staff, my husband is Danish, and his family is scattered all over Denmark, so we stay in hotels quite often, especially in Copenhagen, we stayed in 1-5 stars hotels but never like this one, staff are so friendly and they actually smile to you and speak with you, which was quite surprising for hotels in Copenhagen, the breakfast is fantastic and provides many options, the rooms are spotless, I haven't seen this hygene level except at the Ritz. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the metro station, and a short ride to the airport. I love everything about this hotel, and I really hope it maintains the standards it has now. We like to stay at Frederiksberg to be close to family and this hotel will be our new home in Copenhagen. Special Tak to Amelia, Lukas, Sofia, Flory, Filippos and Rossio, great team
