Positive: Our stay at this family run hotel was absolutely wonderful. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you might need. The rooms are spacious, actually even larger than they appear in the photos and the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel is outstanding. The complimentary Wifi worked flawlessly throughout our stay. A real highlight of our stay was the food, lovingly prepared by Signora Teresa. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal is of exceptional quality, cooked according to traditional Emilia-Romagna recipes using fresh, local ingredients. Cakes and croissants are baked in house and taste amazing. The young staff member serving meals was also very friendly, attentive, and efficient, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. The hotel's location right by the beach is perfect, peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short walk from a livelier area with plenty of shops and restaurants. All in all, a fantastic experience and an unbeatable price-performance ratio. Highly recommended. If we return to Rimini/Viserbella, we will definitely stay at Hotel Alsen again.
