Summary: I had to wait nearly an hour for an upgraded room which I hadn’t requested. When the desk clerk explained, I asked for a standard room which was ready. She was very polite and helpful. I REALLY dislike the half-door shower enclosure! Not only does one side of the body stay cold while the other is warm, but the soap & shampoo is at the cold end of the space. Refrigerator ice maker didn’t work. I really appreciated the breakfasts and the Wednesday evening glass of wine.
