Simeon Estate (Simeon 1931) is a cozy stone property built in 1931 and fully renovated recently, located in the picturesque village of Droushia Cyprus, in a unique island region, which is rich in natural wellness right in the outskirts of the famous Akamas peninsula, 10 km south of Polis Chrysochous and only 50 minutes drive from Paphos airport.
This stone property is ideal for a family or party of six, who would wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday in privacy and away from it all. It is fully air-conditioned (provided free of charge) and only a few steps away from the local amenities and tavernas.
The outside gate is opening into the property’s gardens through a short stone paved driveway and into a private car park, only a few meters away from the main entrance and the pool terraces.
Both the main villa and studio have underfloor heating.
Layout
Simeon Estate consists of the main villa, which is a two-bedroom apartment and a studio annex with a separate entrance. The main villa is providing the facility of a fireplace and an underfloor heating system for any winter guests (the studio as well, but this has to be arranged locally).
The main villa’s access door is entering into an open-plan space, with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting, and dining area pleasantly decorated. On the kitchen’s left and right side are located the two bedrooms, a master with en-suite shower room and a twin, as well as a family shower / WC.
Both the bedrooms have private balcony doors opening into the pool terraces and the garden.
Pool area
Alongside the pool and at the front of the villa it is set a nice outside sitting and dining area, underneath a pergola.
The adjacent annex is a stylish studio with a small kitchenette, double bed, and a private shower room, tastefully furnished.
Lush gardens with beautiful flowers and cypresses are surrounding the stone-paved terraces and the stunning private pool.
