This wonderful property is quiet yet centrally located in one of the most beautiful resorts of the Lüneburg Heath, very close to the old ducal city of Celle. The house is a pile dwelling and features unusual architecture - a wrap-around terrace invites you to linger and a barbecue is, of course, at your disposal. The Aller, on which you can reach Celle by boat or paddle boat, flows directly past the 6000m² natural site. No paints or solvents were used in the construction of the building. It is therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. The house is not only spacious and comfortable, but stylish and modern. It's the perfect home for a family holiday. If you happen to have a dog, of course you don't have to leave him at home - take your pet with you. The Aller-Leine cycle path is in the immediate vicinity; you can take it and enjoy wonderful trips around the surrounding area. In the wild garden you'll find a wide, undisturbed variety of birds, including the stork, in their natural habitat or domestic and small animals such as sheep, chickens, etc. An egg for breakfast is also provided. Children are welcome. A sandpit is under construction and a construction trailer for playing in the garden is available. Winsen is a fantastic base camp for going on day trips; the Lüneburg Heath or the many attractive amusement parks, e.g. Heidepark Soltau, Vogelpark Walsrode, Serengeti Park Hodenhagen, Hannover Zoo etc. can be reached in a short time.
There is a chicken coop with an aviary on the property, from which guests can get their own breakfast eggs.
There is also a small flock of sheep on the property. The children are sure to be happy when a little lamb is born every now and then.
You have free access to Aller. There is 1 kayak (2 - 3 people) and a single and a double paddle boat. Rent for the boat. 5 euros / day - to be paid on site.
