This 3-storey townhouse is furnished in a modern Scandinavian style. Urb. La Roca is only 400 meters from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The townhouse has its own heatable splash pool, with stunning views of the Mediterranean and Fuengirola. There is also a communal pool.
On the lower floor, there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Room 1 has a double -and a single bed. Room 2 & 3 have 2 single beds and room 4 has a 3/4 (double) bed and 1 single bed. All rooms have AC, both cold and hot air. The floor also has a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There are plenty of fitted wardrobes.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with dining area for everyone. Sliding doors into the TV lounge, which has a lot of various TV channels in different languages . There is Wi-Fi in all the property. Fully equipped open kitchen. There are doors to the terrace from every room on this floor, so it is bright and beautiful.
Very good space on the terrace with dining area, so you can sit and have fun together. There are also a few sun beds, and walking up a few steps, you have the earlier mentioned splash pool.
There is a sofa-bed on the 1st floor (this isn’t counted as a bedroom). From here you have access to the rooftop terrace with lounge furniture and stunning views of the Mediterranean and Fuengirola. From the hallway, there is a door to the 5th bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a sofa bed and 1 single bed. There is also a smaller toilet on this floor.
There is a communal infinity pool in La Roca, and there is a lift down the road and to the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants (approx 400 meters).
