Recently we have renovated our 2nd home: new bathroom, new staircase, new walls upstairs (widening bedrooms), new garden tiling, roof terrace created, new floor, new stucco, kitchen doors repainted and the entire house painted. The cottage feels very comfortable. It is a town house with two bedrooms, roof terrace and storage room at the front. This holiday home has a living area of approximately 80 m2 and a capacity of approximately 250 m3 and is located in the center of the historic city of Zierikzee. At the cottage an attached stone bicycle shed situated to the left of the house. The living room is spacious because the kitchen and bathroom have been realized in the extension. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The bedroom at the rear has access to a roof terrace on the extension. Ground floor Entrance hall with an open passage to the living room. In the spacious living room there is a staircase to the first floor. Adjacent is the closed kitchen with various appliances. From the kitchen there is access to the bathroom with a. A. Walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is also a door to the city garden of approximately 9 m2. 1st floor Upstairs is located on a landing with access to both bedrooms. The bedroom on the east side also offers access to the roof terrace of approximately 10 m2. On the landing there is a folding bed for a 5th person.
