Positive: The hosts are really nice and friendly.

Negative: We were staying for the Christmas festive period and noticed that the house wasn't warmed-up properly before our arrival. It took a couple of days before the ambient cold and humidity got better. Also the upstairs rooms including the bathroom isn't heated which was a big problem as it was really cold there, making the bathroom unfit for use. The shower needs replacing / the shower doors don't fully close and the kitchen is sparsely equipped at best , mostly with broken/leftover materials (broken scissors, cups).

Summary: Probably better in summer
