This home can perfectly accommodate couples, singles, families and groups. With a spacious open plan living space there is enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy some time for themselves. The house is spread over 3 levels giving you space to enjoy. The upper level (6 stairs) consists of 2 bedrooms, with a full bathroom. The upstairs bathroom includes both shower & bath plus a separate toilet.
The home consists of 2 queen beds, 4 single beds plus a trundle bed for extra guests (use of trundle will incur extra guest fees). All bedrooms are carpeted with built in robes plus a TV in the master bedroom.
The open plan layout of the main living spaces includes two lounge areas, a dining space and a full kitchen. The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster along with a toasted sandwich maker and coffee pod machine. The pantry is stocked with the basics including glad wrap, foil, salt, pepper, sugar & cooking oil. Other extras included are tea towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and cleaning products. The kitchen also contains cooking necessities such as mixing bowls, cooking trays and all the essentials required to cook up a feast.
Adjoined to the kitchen and main living areas is the dining room, which includes a table for 6 people. To the left of the dining area, there is a 2-seater couch (sofa bed) with a smart TV which has free Netflix & WIFI included, plus a Wii console for the kids (or the kids at heart)!
Off to the left of the open plan living space is another living area with a 2-seater and a 3 seated couch along with a TV, magazines, board games and a DVD player.
The lower level (6 stairs) consists of a bedroom fitted out with a queen bed and bathroom with a shower and toilet. You will also find the full laundry with washing machine, dryer, pegs and some washing powder to get you started, plus a clothes rack & ironing facilities. This level also has the single garage which has been converted to be used as a games area housing ample toys and activities for the young ones.
The home has air conditioning/heating on the main level and electric wall heaters in all bedrooms.
Outside is the large outdoor entertainment area, including outdoor table, couch & family sized BBQ. This area is fantastic to entertain, have a glass of wine or whip up a BBQ for the whole family. The kids will love the dedicated kids' playground including a spiral slide, sandpit, wooden play equipment, swings, and a small hole in one mini golf course.
To the front of the home, there is ample parking space in the driveway (room for a boat) or on the grass at the front of the property. The home is located on the central fringe of Warrnambool. A convenient 3-minute drive to the centre of town or 4-minute drive to the Lake Pertobe adventure park for the kids. Not to mention only a 1-minute drive to the Warrnambool Racecourse, or leave the car at home and walk, it’s that close!
