Point B Exclusive - This Vineyard Hideaway is tucked back in the desirable Meadow View Farms area of Oak Bluffs, and includes access to the private association tennis courts.

The first floor features an open layout with Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas. The Living Area has sectional seating, chairs, and large screen TV. The Kitchen is directly adjacent to the Living Area. The Kitchen has a large center prep island/breakfast bar, and plenty of space for vacation cooking. The Dining Area is just off the Kitchen/Living Areas, plus there is a screened porch that is accessible through a door from the Kitchen.

Two of the four Bedrooms, including the Primary with en suite private Bath, are also on the first floor, along with an Office/Work Area. Upstairs on the second floor, there is a large TV/Family Room with seating, large screen TV, and a sleeping alcove, plus a separate Bedroom, and a shared Bath. Both of the shared bathrooms have been retiled and updated.

The Meadow View Farms Association tennis courts are just a short walk away from the house. The bike path is by the entryway to Meadow View, and Farm Neck Golf Club is nearby.

Summary: We had a great time. The location was as promised and peaceful and quiet. No issues at all. Easy access to Oak Bluffs and the rest of the island.
