Summary: Very beautiful home and very clean, very fun pool. Perfect for our family weekend getaway. Due to traffic we came in late, but unfortunately came into a home that the a/c wasn't working (in over 95degree weather). After a few messages and grace, the owner did all he good to get it working, including us up till 2am, but it was a miserable first night with 4 children and 85 degrees sleeping conditions, one room no fan. During the stay I asked questions via the app with no response, unfortunately. Though not sure if he had automated messages going through to me. When he asked for feedback when we left (again possibly automated), I had great things to say but I did ask for any compensation/refund for a first night again. Once again no response.
