Summary: After checking in and getting to our room, we discovered that the temperature inside was above 80°C. We immediately called the front desk, who denied there was an issue and told us to “just wait for the air conditioner to start up.” We waited around 15 minutes, but the unit continued blowing hot air.
At that point, we went back to the front desk and asked for another room. The only option they offered was a double queen, which was not what we booked. They also refused to adjust the rate or offer any compensation, saying that because we booked through a third-party app (Hotels.com), there was nothing they could do. They even seemed reluctant for us to switch rooms and suggested we return to the original room and wait for the temperature to drop.
This was a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience, and unfortunately, we will not be returning to this hotel. I would appreciate if Hotels.com could step in to help make this right, whether through a partial refund, credit, or another form of compensation.

Summary: Room was clean, beds comfy, breakfast was mediocre. No working hot tub and the hours of operation for the pool with no life guard are ridiculous.

Summary: Bathroom fan needs cleaning
Charge machine on night table needs deep cleaning. Very sticky.
Blinds do not close tightly and torn in places.
Good breakfast for choice and varieties.

Summary: Stay elsewhere
Service - The small concession was empty, so few snacks available after a late arrival. The staff couldn’t keep up with the breakfast rush, so we had to wait for food to be restocked and were late for our event. Otherwise, the service was fine.
Condition and Cleanliness - We booked a suite and the condition was upsetting - (1) tears and stains in all the furniture upholstery so we requested extra blankets to cover it before use, (2) the carpet was old and very dirty from years of dirty shoes, (3) the ceramic baseboards were detaching from the wall in the bathroom, (4) the grout around the soap dish in the shower was black with mould, (5) the shower head was covered in mineral staining and a pink scum, (6) the grab bar wall attachment was dirty with soap scum, dust, and what looked to be mould, (7) the finish on all of the cabinets and bathroom doors was a wood stain and much of it had worn off, (8) there was crumpled toilet paper behind the bathroom door when we checked in, (9) there were no extra toiletries, extra cups, or other amenities in the room, (10) there were no dishes in the kitchenette, unlike most other suites I’ve booked at other hotels in the past year, (11) the curtains were torn and repaired with clear tape.
The bedding seemed clean.
We could not move to another hotel because of our event timelines, so we cleaned how we could to tolerate staying there and avoided touching surfaces. Took only a few pics, nowhere comprehensive of issues.
