Negative: The entrance to the building had stairs, causing it to be difficult to get the luggage and kids stroller. I also booked a family room. The 2nd bed was upstairs and the ceiling height there was around 1.5 meters. Difficult for an adult to reach. This was never mentioned in the room description.
