Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great amount of space. Clean and tidy. Plenty of towels. The pool table is a nice feature! The location is good. Of course you need a car as nothing is a short walk away, it's a beautiful area though.

Negative: No guidance on what to do on arrival. We just had to walk in and find keys in one of the doors. Unable to park in the courtyard and the spaces outside aren't maintained so you're in bushes. It's the house that Jack built, everything looks great but on closer inspection it's very DIY, all the doors aren't hung correctly, every floorboard creaks. There's no obvious access to the pool and I think the owners prefer guests not to use it. Although it's supposedly open 10am-4pm, it's in the back garden and I think it would mean keeping the huskies inside.

Summary: The lady that owns the place is lovely, the space is great and the pool table and a good location.
