Summary: What can you say...New Year in Hawaii...magnificent. the property is spectacular with great views, beautiful gated property only 1 mile from Waimea Beach. Nearby grocery store and access to lots of North Shore activities... including a wonderful surfing competition. Beautiful weather, beautiful family and a beautiful property made for a tremendous vacation. Libby was an absolute dream of a property owner and very communicative. My only "downside" isvif you plan to do a lot on Honolulu, it's quite a haul. The traffic from surfing on both sides of the property ad about 20-30 minutes to just about any drive...depending on the time of year. But if that's the only drawback, it's definitely something that you can manage.
