In een oude boerderij in het kleine stadje Uitgeest vindt u dit mooie appartement in een oude gerestaureerde boerderij. Het is gelegen in het midden van een oud dorp in een rustige straat. Het appartement heeft een grote woonkamer met open keuken en eettafel voor 4 personen. Er zijn twee slaapkamers. De slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed. . Er is een badkamer en een apart toilet. Er is een wasmachine en droger voor eigen persoonlijk gebruik. Buiten vindt u een klein terras met eettafel en barbecue. Prive parkeerplaats beschikbaar voor de deur. Dicht bij ons huis, op ongeveer 500 meter is een enorm meer waar u kunt zwemmen, surfen, kajakken, een boot huren etc. U vindt ook een aantal goede restaurants aan het meer, waar u buiten kunt dineren.
Op ongeveer 10 minuten van ons huis vindt u de duinen met prachtige fiets- en wandelpaden (nationaal reservaat) en stranden met watersportfaciliteiten (kitesurfen en golfsurfen) en enkele uitstekende strandclubs. Amsterdam is gemakkelijk te bereiken met de auto en trein binnen een half uur, Alkmaar en Haarlem liggen op 15 minuten rijden.

Summary: This is a very nice apartment with a large kitchen/living room and two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is big with a large shower room and the smaller room has bunk beds suitable for children - with its own shower room. The kitchen is well kitted out and tea/coffee were provided. There is no microwave, but there is a proper oven. The area is very central for visiting anywhere in North Holland and the train station has direct links to Amsterdam (and free parking). The train station is 5 mins drive from the apartment. There is a large Jumbo supermarket a few minutes away. Thoroughly recommended.
