Dan Moran, Mo’s namesake, bought the property in 1949, he added the building that is now known as the Pilot House.
It’s aptly named, as it is where his personal pilots stayed when Moran was at the ranch.
Pilot House is located on a camp and conference center property on a ranch with over 500 acres of wide-open spaces along the Guadalupe River. This home is one of over 20 different guest properties on the ranch. The waterfront, pool, laundry facilities & activities are all shared spaces.
