Positive: Host was lovely Rooms comfortable and great value for money He cooked us a great (albeit slightly expensive) dinner one night and even let us move rooms to a warmer one.

Negative: Zero insulation and the heater is in the hallway. If it is cold outside you will probably be colder inside. Plenty of blankets provided for sleeping though.
