Within 200 metres of the front door, turn right & you can enjoy the awesome Napier Hotel or turn left for all that Smith Street has to offer.
This studio apartment is located on the 1st floor & is one of only 6 in the block.

You don't need a car to explore Fitzroy, best done on foot or catch a tram if you want to explore further. This property does not include laundry facilities however there is a laundromat located on Brunswick Street just 550 metres away
When you check-out you will be required to leave the property in a neat state including dishes washed and put away, used towels left in the bathroom for the cleaners to collect, fridge empty, all personal items removed & rubbish removed and disposed of. This will ensure the cleaners can prepare the property for the next guest. If extra time is required for cleaning then we will put in for additional costs through the booking platform.
The bed in this property is provided with a fitted sheet, doona with cover & 4 pillows with covers. A top sheet is not provided.
The apartment has a 50L hot water unit so we recommend shortened showers at this property so you don't run out of hot water.
