Everything is intentionally chosen for the space and your enjoyment.

The space:
The entire house was remodeled in 2021. Paint, flooring, plumbing, electrical, finishes, windows, roof—all of it! There are games to play, books to read, a 55" TV, and comfy Nectar beds. Beyond what you can see in the photos, enjoy air-conditioning, light rail nearby, a fenced yard, and gated parking. We also had this home professionally decorated to give extra pop and pleasure. Each room has a unique personality and charm.
Guest access:
The house is about 900 square feet and includes the two bedrooms, 1 bath, a laundry area, living room and modern kitchen. All appliances are new in 2021. There is a fully fenced yard to the side. Parking is either directly in front in the driveway or behind the house in a gated parking area.
This is a great place and offers outstanding value compared to, for example, the new Marriott up the street. You have easy access to both 1-5 and Highway 99 for traveling north and south. Downtown is 15 minutes away in moving traffic, up to 30 minutes at peak times. The light rail will get you downtown in 13 minutes no matter the traffic.
One note:
The house is on an arterial so it can be busy outside at times. The interior is well insulated and enjoys the benefit of sound attenuating glass and air conditioning.
