Herzlich Willkommen in unserer ersten Premium Wohnung in Halle! Die 65qm-Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist die freie Dachterrasse mit BBQ und Lounge-Area. Durch die großen Glasfronten wirkt das Apartment in allen Teilen besonders hell und freundlich. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein 1,60m Doppelbett. Außerdem gibt es in den Wohnbereichen zwei 1,20m breite Schlafsofas, auf denen zwei weitere Personen übernachten können.
The Space:
Wir haben uns bemüht, den besonderen Schnitt optimal zu nutzen und der Wohnung einen positiven Vibe zu verpassen. Bei der Einrichtung setzen wir auf einen gehobenen IKEA-Standard mit vielen Holztönen, die der Wohnung eine gemütliche "Zu-Hause-Feeling" verschaffen. Besonders das Schlafzimmer hat eine sehr friedlich-gemütliche Atmosphäre. In der große Homeoffice-Area mit zwei Schreibtischen könnt ihr Ziele und Visionen umsetzen. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer Nespresso-Maschine, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und zwei Herdplatten. Backofen und Gefrierschrank sind nicht vorhanden - dafür gibt es aber einen großen Grill auf der Dachterrasse. Der Wohnbereich ist unterteilt in zwei gemütliche Ecken mit großen Sofas und vielen Kissen. Das Badezimmer entspricht nicht ganz dem supermodernen Standard der restlichen Wohnung, ist aber ordentlich und funktional mit einer bodentiefen Dusche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
