The Space:
Our one bedroom suite is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Des Moines! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. Its open layout and large windows allow for a lot of natural sunlight, and tall ceilings help make your stay comfortable. Your stay also includes access to the building's amenities, including: a seasonal pool (closed from mid September until early June), bocce ball, gym, roof deck with Downtown views. This area has a popular night scene, and may become loud at times.

There is no parking included with this stay. There is metered street parking and a parking garage nearby at additional cost to you. We cannot guarantee proximity, pricing, or availability of parking options.

During your stay, please keep in mind that our suites are smoke-free environments.

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

Downtown offers 4 miles of climate-controlled skywalks, that can take you from restaurants, to meeting spots, to local coffee shops. The Des Moines Regional Transit (DART) provides bus services throughout the metro area. Due to the popularity of the city, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible.
