Positive: The room is clean, comfortable and has a private sink. There is a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom for every 3/4 rooms. The location is very peaceful.

Negative: You hear pretty much everything, there isn't any sound proofing. There is only one electrical outlet in the room and it is beside the door.
