The spacious holiday flat (85 m²) is located in the heart of the Allgäu. The ideal starting point for Allgäu explorers and yet not in the first row of tourist hotspots right next to the Alps.
Here you can unwind on a walk and enjoy the Allgäu from the second row. And if the city beckons, you can be in Kempten in 10 minutes and in Memmingen or Leutkirch in 20 minutes.
You need a good night's sleep to relax! You will find this in the large bedroom with a high-quality double bed, organic bed linen and another high-quality and comfortable armchair bed (which could alternatively be carried into the living room).
The bathroom is equipped with a high-quality rain shower, separate bathtub, make-up mirror, hairdryer and towels. Organic shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and body milk are available for personal hygiene.
You can cook and bake to your heart's content in the newly equipped kitchen with induction hob, extractor bonnet, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Of course, a coffee machine (filter), kettle, blender and toaster are also at your disposal.
Basic ingredients such as spices, salt and pepper are also provided.
The large oak table seats up to 6 people.
The living room offers around 30 m² of space for cosy sofa evenings or reading time in a hanging chair. We have a small selection of special books and games, as well as a 43-inch 4K TV with over 100 programmes and free Netflix. A high-quality sofa bed and the sofa can be converted into sleeping accommodation for 3-6 people in seconds (the sofa bed can also be carried into the bedroom).
In summer, a private garden area right outside the front door can be used. Garden furniture is available for this purpose.
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the accommodation.
The flat is also perfectly equipped for a longer stay in the Allgäu: there is a washing machine (washing powder available), iron with ironing board, clothes horse, hoover and floor mop.
You can park your car safely and conveniently in our radio-controlled, closed garage. So you don't have to worry about summer heat or snowfall at night. You can also store any bicycles you may have brought with you.
The flat is located on the 1st floor and is completely at your disposal.
We are not personally on site, but we are available for you via the usual communication channels almost all the time to make your holiday as pleasant as possible.

Central location in the heart of the Allgäu and on the doorstep of the largest town in the Allgäu, Kempten. From here you can easily explore the different parts of the Allgäu - Oberallgäu, Unterallgäu, Ostallgäu and Westallgäu - and at the same time it is not far for a day trip to Munich or neighbouring Upper Swabia.
