The Finca Son Canto is located in the northeast of the island in a quiet valley, about 1 km north of the rural town of Arta, in the middle of the conservation area.
The finca has a floor space of about 70 square meters. There is a bedroom with double bed and a living room with sofa bed (1.40m) for two people.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a gas stove and an electric refrigerator. The bathroom is kept in a rustic style. For the colder seasons, there is an oven that invites you to cozy evenings in the living room. Everything is lovingly decorated. It is important to mention that the power supply runs on solar energy, so that when the sun is not shining no strong consuming electrical appliances may be used. In 90 m distance to the Finca there are two more small houses. It may be that someone from my family or acquaintances of us are there. Nevertheless, one is undisturbed at the finca, since the distance is large enough. From the finca you can not even see the other two houses, so privacy is guaranteed. Otherwise, the finca has a single location with a large plot, which is created in three terraces. With south-westerly hillside the sun is to enjoy both at noon and in the evening hours. Surrounded by a graceful, hilly landscape, Son Canto offers the opportunity for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. From the terrace you can watch beautiful sunsets in the evening and let the view wander into the distance during the day, the view is terrific. If you like peace and nature will love this place.
The nearest bays and beaches can be reached by car within 15-20 minutes (eg. Cala Radjada, Cala Mescuida, Cala Agulla, Canjamel, Cala Torta u. a) and Arta in 15 minutes on foot. Arta is a small, originally, grown rural town without huge hotels and tourist cycle. The surrounding, hilly to mountainous landscape invites to impressive hikes and bike rides also climbing enthusiasts get their money. Golf enthusiasts will find enchanting golf courses and water sports enthusiasts and swimmers will enjoy the most beautiful sandy beaches with clear water for snorkeling and diving. To visit are the Caves of Arta, a safari park, the castle of Capdepera and the nature reserve Aubarca. Anyone who loves an evening with disco and party, finds that in Cala Radjada od. Cala Millor.
