The large Warthesee lake with bathing beach and good fishing opportunities is only about 50 metres away. The large holiday flat is equipped with: Living area (upholstered furniture incl. sofa bed, TV, radio, sitting area, piano), sleeping area (double bed), kitchen area (fully equipped kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table, various kitchen appliances), bathroom with shower/WC, wood-burning stove (only heating option).
