Close to restaurants and shopping, hiking and bike trails. Girdwood Rentals & Accommodations Unit C203 features a spacious, one level, 1000-foot floor plan. This condominium is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and all the right amenities to make you feel right at home. There is a 42-inch Flat Screen TV with Roku for Streaming & DVD along with a warm and inviting Gas Fireplace in the Living Room. The Kitchen is fully equipped for savoring your own home cooking. The dining room features a beautiful scandinavian glass/wood dining table, can seat 6. The two bedrooms both have Comfy Queen Beds with Serta Perfect Sleeper Mattresses and each bedroom has its own bathroom. A stack Washer and Dryer are available for use within the Condo. There is also WIFI.
The Unit is located on the Second Floor. The layout of this Unit is Perfect for Two Couples traveling together wanting to share expenses, or for the single couple wanting that romantic getaway or for families. The Building Unit C203 is located in was completed in April 2006, is a secured building and has underground parking as well as elevator access to the Condominium. Parking for 1 vehicle in the Common Garage is a nice comfort during all the seasons Alaska has. The views are spectacular, Mt. Alyeska Resort is one of the major views as well as the surrounding mountains and glaciers.
There is a beautiful deck with a 4 person hot tub to soak in and relax while enjoying the Beautiful Views & the peaceful sound of the Glacier Creek right out front of the building. There is also a Patio Chair to relax in as well.
There is a shuttle service a short walk across the street to take you to the Mt. Alyeska Ski Resort Slopes. The shuttle runs every 20 to 40 minutes. The drive is about a mile. This is very convenient so that you do not have to worry about driving and parking your vehicle. Just walk across the street, get on the shuttle and you are at the Mountain in less than 10 minutes.
Girdwood is a short, 35-minute drive from Anchorage along the picturesque Turnagain Arm.
