Our place is close to Kaiapoi. You’ll love our place because it has plenty of room, good heating / cooling, well-equipped kitchen, gas hot water with great pressure, three luxury mattresses for a perfect sleep and rural views out the back. It is good for couples and families (with kids). It's on a 10-acre established section with lots of space to explore.
The Den has a 55 inch smart TV with Sky satellite TV, DVD player and Netflix if you have an account. It has super-fast Fibre Internet and WiFi.
Note that there is an external floodlight/security camera facing the driveway. If you would like that disabled for your stay, please let me know.

Summary: Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss.
