Summary: We love Fairmont Resorts and while this was a great place we didn’t feel the service lived up to fairmonts. One day we were seated on patio. We told them we only wanted a drink as we’d already had lunch. It took 18 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The place wasn’t busy. We also book hotels based on the pool as we swim everyday. Our second day the pool opened at least two hours late because the chemicals were off because there were so many kids in the pool the day before. It’s something that could have been taken care of the night before.
