Positive: The staff are such a credit to this hotel. Everywhere we went we were greeted with a smile, nothing was too much trouble and there was a great balance of staff to guests ratio. The food was excellent, attention to detail, landscaping, lighting in the restaurants, multiple, well-equipped gyms, yoga, water sport equipment, good sunbeds - it was all just superb. What a great spot made all the better by the wonderful staff.
