Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: There are cooking appliances in the room, including a microwave, a kettle and a cooktop. The room is accessed via a passcode, which means that I do not need to carry a key card with me.

Negative: When I first arrived at the hotel, the outer door could not be opened with the access code, so I had to ring the manager. Also, hot water could not be dispensed from the tap in my room, and the kettle emitted a foul smell.
