This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips with spacious 4 bedrooms, huge backyard with pool, sunroom and game room altogether.
The location is close to highway which is 15 mins to Vietnam town (Bellaire) and 20 mins to China town, and only 30 mins to downtown.
The space
What can be better than gathering by the pool in some hot summer days? Not to mention sunroom, game room, and large backyard with lots of trees and plants.
Our house features a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, air-fryer, and all utensils you need for preparing meals for your family and friends.
Please respect our noise curfew hours from 10pm to 8am.
Other things to note
* House Rule
- Our top priority is to have respect for the neighbors.
- Please no parties, loud music, or loud noises. NO EVENTS ALLOWED.
- Quiet hours outside starts at 10:00pm. We want to make sure we are not disturbing the neighborhoods next door but still have a good time.
- Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, without prior notice and approval, are not allowed. In the event of undisclosed guests, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund.
- No jumping on the bunk bed. Children must be at least 6 years old to sleep on the top bunk.
- Pet fee $150 for 2 dogs maximum. Cats are not allowed
- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property. Violation will result in the reservation being terminated immediately without refund.
- No smoking allowed on the property.
- Early check-in and late check-out might be available at $30 per hour. Please contact for more information.
* Pool rule:
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. Deep end is 6.5ft and shallow end is 3ft. No children swimming without adult supervision.
- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM
- We have professional pool cleaning service on every Thursday. Please understand that leaves and other debris may fall into the pool, we have pool skimmer net for guests to use.
