The space
Treed yard, house on corner with empty lot on both sides. 1 room with a bunkbed and a single bed. Master bedroom has a king bed. Bonus room with double bunk bed. Kitchen and dining room. There is an electric kettle, blender and popcorn maker for your use. Spacious living room with small table for puzzles, games etc... (there are some here). Laundry room going into bathroom. Newly renovated with new flooring and plumbing, including hot water tank. New paint throughout. This is an older house from 1951 originally owned by a Great Aunt.

Access to whole house with the exception of the basement that is not used, it's only the utility room. Access to the front and back yard and ground patio.
