A total of approximately 190sqm renovated living space and a newly built, large pool (31 FTX 14ft) provide the ideal setting to relax under the Florida sun! If you want to relax than on the beautiful beaches, however, prefer to shop, then take advantage of the nearby shopping centers (Coastland Mall, Miromar Outlet) and store the acquired in the large, walk-in closets. A large gas grill and a fully equipped kitchen complete the culinary aspect. The kitchen was completely remodeled in summer 2016 and refurbished.
