Positive: Staff very responsive even though offsite I had missed communications after booking as I thought all I needed was confirmation. Despite missing details of entry ie code for access to keys, etc it all worked out. Prefer reception desk but this was positive experience and opened up new options. Thankful Karen happened to be there when we arrived! Gracias! Decent location

Negative: Would have liked a lamp rather than only overhead light hope they have plans for sitting area on the roof
