Each bedroom features its own ensuite and SMART TV for added comfort and privacy. The ground level is bright and airy with an open-concept design, soaring 10-ft tray ceilings, a welcoming dining area, cozy furnishings, a fireplace, a large gathering island, a convenient powder room, and laundry facilities. The main-level bedroom opens directly to the rear yard, where you'll find an outdoor shower and a private 10x15 heated pool, plus a lovely screened-in porch with seating—perfect for people-watching, sipping a morning coffee, or winding down with an evening drink. The gourmet kitchen is fitted with quartz countertops, a five-burner stovetop, and is well stocked for home chefs. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms—each with an ensuite—provide plenty of space for everyone. For even more fun, the recreational room offers comfortable seating, a TV, game table, bar, and foosball, making it an ideal spot for family hangouts.
The location is hard to beat: 2 State Rd sits just half a block from Rehoboth Ave and only a quick 15-minute walk (about six blocks) to the famous boardwalk and beach. Summary: Check-in couldn’t have been easier. The pool was small but perfect for our four little girls, who spent many hours enjoying it. The kitchen was a treat. Top level appliances and well stocked with a beautiful island. The page has able seated all ten of us.
